Self Storage Properties

Storage Solutions is a vertically integrated self-storage platform owned by Barker Pacific Group, focusing on self-storage acquisition, development, and operations management.

With a strong a reputation for closing deals, Storage Solutions has access to capital at competitive rates and has the financial sophistication and willingness to structure a transaction to address a seller's unique needs.

Storage Solutions is structured to be decisive and to make commitments quickly. The acquisitions team is the best in the industry. Committed to identifying and addressing each seller's unique needs, Storage Solutions can move quickly, having the flexibility and knowledge to structure transactions in a variety of ways.

During the period from 2005 through 2011, BPG acquired 21 self-storage properties and was successful in substantially reducing overhead while increasing revenues and net operating income. Numerous non-strategic assets were sold by BPG, and proceeds were used to increase the successful self-storage assets portfolio.

Since 2012, BPG has successfully aggregated an additional 19 self-storage properties, all of which were sold to larger institutional portfolios. BPG acquires and manages its self-storage assets in California under the Storage Solutions banner.

Residential Properties

Barker Pacific Group invests in value-add multifamily residential communities throughout its Western and Southwestern U.S. markets.

With a particular focus on key markets in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas, BPG seeks value-add workforce housing units, with the ability to pursue Class A opportunities selectively. The team generally focuses on lightly marketed and off-market deal opportunities, seeking to add value and improve properties with undercapitalized or overleveraged owners, fractured ownership situations, or under-managed or mismanaged assets.
