The Southwest Gas building is an eight-level, 160,000-square-foot office asset. The project includes a freestanding co-generation plant developed in joint venture with Southwest Gas Corporation.

BPG procured Southwest Gas under a long-term lease prior to starting construction to lease approximately 65% of the building. The building was sold soon after completion of construction in 1998.
