Will Dickinson

PRINCIPAL / BOARD MEMBER

Will Dickinson brings over a decade of experience in real estate investing and finance, with involvement in transactions totaling in excess of $600 million at BPG and affiliated companies. As a Principal at BPG, Mr. Dickinson plays a key role in the firm’s overall company operations and investment strategy, and oversees acquisitions and asset management across the portfolio. He is responsible for the full investment lifecycle, from underwriting and acquisition through active asset management and disposition.

Prior to joining BPG, Mr. Dickinson was a Senior Associate at Sabal Capital, where he helped close approximately $1.5 billion of multifamily, mixed-use, and affordable housing loans and contributed to the launch of the firm’s bridge lending platform. Previously, he worked in the Multifamily division at Freddie Mac, supporting the origination and closing of approximately $1.5 billion in multifamily financings. He began his career at Dale Scott & Company, leading financings for California K-12 General Obligation bonds.

Mr. Dickinson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.
