Barker Pacific Group Sells Six-Property Portfolio to Life Storage

In January, BPG affiliate Storage Solutions, which specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of self-storage facilities, sold it's six-property Southern California portfolio. Comprising of 4,229 units and 661,926 net rentable square feet of space, the properties were highly occupied at the time of sale, netting a sizable return to our investors. Excellent work to our team and we look forward to continued growth of our storage platform.
