Barker Pacific Group acquired The Quad, a four-building Class A office campus in Carlsbad's Carlsbad Ranch submarket, from Regent Properties.

'The Quad is the premier coastal office asset in North County San Diego, and we were able to acquire it at a very attractive basis,' said Mark Handin, managing principal at Barker Pacific Group.
