Alex Bacon

PRINCIPAL / BOARD MEMBER

Alex Bacon brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, having been involved in transactions totaling in excess of $500 million across multiple asset classes. As a Principal at BPG, Mr. Bacon plays a key role in the firm’s investment strategy, overseeing the sourcing, underwriting, and evaluation of new investment opportunities, as well as the active management, repositioning, and value enhancement of the company’s existing portfolio. In addition, he serves as a member of the Board, where he contributes to high-level strategic planning and long-term vision for the organization.

Prior to joining BPG, Mr. Bacon worked for a Phoenix-based developer, Sterling Real Estate Partners, where he focused on the acquisition and redevelopment of multifamily assets throughout the Southwestern United States. In this role, he was actively involved in financial analysis, due diligence, and execution efforts supporting value-add investment strategies.

Mr. Bacon holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University.
