Challenge / Description

The project was originally constructed in 1972 as the headquarters of Contenental Airlines and subsequently the West Coast office for Xerox Corporation.

Adjacent to the building will be a new Cambria Suites Hotel, scheduled to begin construction in 2011.

Solution

Barker Pacific Group acquired the project in 2003 and completely renovated it to first-class standards in 2008, including comprehensive renovation of both the common areas and tenant spaces.
