NOVATO, CA – June 11, 2003 – Hamilton Landing, Marin County's new 550,000 square foot office campus, was awarded first place by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) for the innovative HVAC design of its first four renovated hangars for occupant comfort, indoor air quality and energy conservation.
