Founded in 1983, its first-class properties are located in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Pasadena in California; Houston, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; and South Florida. Michael Barker serves as the Managing Director of the firm, which maintains offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Phoenix.

BPG’s extensive expertise includes the management, acquisition, and development of substantially leased, premier office buildings located in major U.S. cities.
